Blackboard Training

The SRESD will be providing training opportunities to educators around the county for Blackboard. . Training will be offered as a series of after-school sessions. There is no charge for these sessions to our educators.

You will need to attend three sessions: Intro, Creating, & Managing Blackboard before your account will become activated for use. These do need to be taken in sequence.

Location: SRESD training lab
Times: 4:14 - 6:30 pm
Dates:
   Oct 17^th, Oct 25^th, or Nov 14^th: Introduction to Blackboard (student and Instructor functions)
   Oct 24^th, Nov 1st, or Nov 21st : Creating your first online class resource site
   Oct 31st, Nov 8th or Dec 5th: Managing your Blackboard site

Additional training dates will be posted as needed.

"Behind the Blackboard" contains the Instructor's Manual, help sheets, tips, Blackboard products developed by users, and many additional resources.
