Michigan Mathematics Leadership Academy (MMLA)
http://mathassessments.mscenters.org/
This site contains a very comprehensive assessment bank. These items were developed and pilot tested by teachers (many from your schools and area). You may search by GLCE and create assessments for students that also contain a teacher key and answer key. The downfall to the site currently is that it does not contain items at the Kindergarten, First or Eighth grade levels, and very few for 2 nd grade. The work is in progress and the site should be checked periodically for updates, especially at the above stated grade levels. Hopefully these will be coming soon!
